processing incoming email in SAP workflow

For the first look at the way WI_MAILREC receives it - once you have the
data all you have to do is load it into your container element e.g.
using SAP_WAPI_CONTAINER_WRITE

For the second - you might need Adobe Document Services for that.  But
that's a big topic not fit for this forum. Try SDN.

thanks for you reply! a question still remains in my mind: how could I
get the email content into the workflow instance (container element or
attachment) and how could I process the pdf (i.e. displaying or
archiving)
