transport request workflow.

Hi fellow workflow specialists,
 I need some guidance in my new workflow assignment. It is like this. In
SE10 when someone release a transport request, a workflow should trigger and
send the request through transaction STMS to set of people. Can any one tell
me if there is any business object for this and if so which even should i
use. If not how to do this.By the way we are in 4.6C.Any help will be
greatly appreciated.
