Hi Ramki,

I never tried with pdfs, BO wf_doc takes only word and excel, although I am
quite sure that you can also link and attach pdf documents (using the
binary* FM). Can you not talk your users into using word or excel? No idea
about finding out who did the attachments, if you find that out pls. let us
know.
