Subflow cancelled, calling flow hangs

Hi all,

Problem: A workflow calls a subflow.
The subflow is cancelled/logically deleted.
The calling flow doesn't continue, but remains in status started.

This flow cannot be resumed, setting it to error and kicking it back to
life doesn't even help.

Anyone seen this? Smells awfully like a bug, but I haven't found any
notes. Oh, and we're on 4.7 / 6.20.
