User Change of Name: Workflow Recipient Could not be determined

I'm stuck and looking for inspiration!

One of our users, Lindsay Mackay, got married and changed her name to 
Lindsay Foubister. 

She has been changed in SU01, PA30, OOSB and when I do a rule 168 to find 
the superior of (under her new name), it comes up with her correct Line 
Manager.

However, when she is trying to save and release her timesheet, she is 
getting an error message of

 'Time sheet contains errors.  You cannot save
Workflow recipient could not be determined.'

Could anyone give me an idea of where to look next?
