Runtime version disappearing in QA

Hi All,

 We have a workflow(WS20000138) in our QA environment. The runtime
version is disappearing after few days. There was no restore happened in
this environment. It happened more than 4 times in last 30 days. 

If we generate the workflow runtime version again, it will work again.
Anybody know how to fix this problem permanently. I could not find any
notes on this.

We are on R/3 release 620 Support package SAPKB62050
