Upgrade to ECC 5.0

We have looked at all of those notes.  We are now waiting on OSS to get back with us on a resolution.

There are a number of notes that deal with upgrade to Basis 640 where work items no longer work when upgraded. e.g.
 
798989 - Workflow runtime: Problems when you upgrade to 6.40 (2)
775459 - Workflow runtime: Problems during the upgrade to 6.40
859293 - Runtime: Upgrade to 640 - error when reading node hierarchy
798981 - Upgrade to WAS 640 (NW04): Error when you load context
775459 - Workflow runtime: Problems during the upgrade to 6.40
 
There are more notes associated with upgrading which may be more beneficial to your issue. The above are just an example.

We are hours away from upgrading from 4.7 to ECC 5.0. FI documents already in workflow prior to the upgrade are not going to the next step.  But, if the document was in the final step of workflow, it worked fine.  Has anyone else upgraded to ECC 5.0?  What did you have to do for the documents in the
previous workflow?  Our workflow in 4.7 would not work in ECC 5.0 so it had to be modified.  New documents are working fine.
