Workplace inbox showing somebody else's name

Did you check SU01 to see what name is entered against her userid? Just a thought.

Hello! Not sure if this is Workflow related. But when the user opens her workplace inbox, it is showing somebody else's name and we cannot find where to switch it back to her. The status shows her ID. Could this be a substitute? 
R/3 4.6C. 

Any hints? Thanks!
