Task status "Completed" but WF stuck due to Oracle issues.

Hi Rick,
Que? I read your post a few times: Users completed some tasks and now 
the tasks show as completed and have no errors and you cannot restart 
them..?!??

At the risk of stating the obvious, this sounds perfectly normal.
