send emails to outlook

Hi,

how do we send workitems as emails to outlook from the workflow.
the sendmail step there is a recipient type label where we can set it as 
email address,
and then enter the email address of the person whom we want to send email 
to. But I guess it needs some compatibility between the SMTP server of the 
recipient and SAP. Another option would be using the report RSWUWFML, and I 
read somewhere that we have to configure an auto-forward address. How to do 
this. Can anyone take me through the steps.
