regarding triggering events

Thanks Paul,

Thats about linking the event and the workflow.
How do I link the Submit button in the portal and the event.
Should it be like when I press the submit button,
an RFC is called, which call SWE_EVENT_CREATE to start the event,
which in turn starts the workflow. Thanks in advance,
