Multiline in Doc Template

  All,

      I'm looking to see if anyone found a way around the
restrictions on using the Document from Template Step for MS Word.
The restrictions are not being able to use more than 255 chars & more
importantly not being able to use a Multiline Element. These are
according to OSS #438760, I'm hoping SAP will find a fix for it
sometime in the near future, since it's probably 50% of what you
would use in that type of Step.
