Problem of In process Workitems foe logically deleted workflows

Hi Mike,
Thanks for your reply.
I also have one more issue coupled with this.
One of the workflows was logically deleted, but its workitem has remained in
the inbox since then.
I could not simulate this kind of problem.
 What could be the reason for this?
