Printing from WF Builder - no step icons

Ah but did they do a full GUI install? - or did they cut it back to only
custom options?
I've had the icons and fonts missing before when people have been
econmonical with the GUI install.

<grumble> that's what I thought, but three GUI versions and four
machines
along I'm still iconless.... OSS revealed nada. And yes I definitely
remember it working!
