Design problem

Hello. 

I have to model this situation:

>From the graphical model of workflow builder i am not be able to model it. 

How can i change the end-point of the right STEP2-condition outcome to 
point to STEP3? Is it only possible to change blocks ( step + outcomes)? 
can it be done from the tree modelling view? must i use another approach 
to resolve the problem? 

Any help will be appreciated.
