SAP Business workplace - out of office setting

Thanks Jeff, I appreciate your reply of using trx code so12. I tried it earlier using the substitute option there. But, it will be great, if anyone could tell us, whether we can set the 'out-of-office' option, just like in MS Outlook. So, that I can send the workitem to the secondary approver directly.
