What is the workflow team organisation in your company ?

Hi workflow experts,

I have the assignment to draw some guidelines on how the workflow 
development and maintenance and administration teams should be in our 
company. I read some interesting info and asked some questions at the Boston 
TECHED on the subject. I wanted to add also some industry based comparison 
in my report.

In your company, can you tell me if:

- Is it on the IT side or the functional side?

- Why?

- What are the advantages and disadvantages?

- How the workflow team is composed: IT specialists or else

- According to your experience, where the WF team should be?
