Sender Name in Workflow sending to outlook

[Kjetil Kilhavn]

Is the e-mail address of the sender defined with a name on the "other side", e.g. in Exchange if that is what you are using?
Could it be that the display name is not picked up from the message from SAP, but locally?

thanks very much for the quick answer. We tried it and changed the name for WF-Batch User and the format. However the mail is still coming with sender "workflow system". Do you have another idea what I could try?

Tim,

    Look at User 'WF-Batch', that's probably where it's pulling the name from. I've changed WF-Batch's name to things like 'SAP Message' or 'Message from SAP' etc..
