Problem with ML81n when used in work flow

Hello Ramki/Kjetil,
 thank you for the inputs.
 In our current scenorio , ML81n works fine in back ground when we run the
FM and also from Business Object . *It fails only from work flow*.
 The BDC message is
Exception condition "CNTL_ERROR" raised. ( As Ramki has told, this may be
the error ) .
 But , for few instances , i could also create the SES from work flow,
without any problem.
 *Usage of BAPI*
 Could you please help me in creation of Service Entry sheet using the BAPi
: BAPI_ENTRYSHEET_CREATE

-> i am creating SES with PO and Po item , and service line item details
--> Bapi returns the success message with SES number . but the SES created
is having no line items( services ).
 i am in 4.6 c
