inbound workflow error

Does anyone know what this error means,

 The container definition for task WS90000002, which should process inbound
IDoc , contains errors.

Error code: ''

What the error code means:

(1) : The container definition does not contain the parameter
'IDOC_PACKET'.
(2) : The container element is not defined as an object type.
(3) : No object type could be determined for the container element
'IDOC_PACKET'.

 I'm working on inbound purchase order workflow. I tested this in
we19.whenIDoc is passed to application program it result in above
error.

 Any help will be greatly appreciated.
