How to Attach A file in the Send Mail step ?

Hi,

We have a requirement where a notification is sent to certain user when the 
Basic salary of an Employee is changed. This Information is sent outside SAP 
system i.e an external email id.
We have designed the same using the "Send Mail" step in the workflow 
builder.

However we would also like to attach a file in this sent mail. Can anyone 
suggest how is this achieved.
