Can't single step through RH_ORG_INFO_AND_TASKS

Dumb question: Does it get executed? 

If so, onto the not so dumb question: does it execute under your userID? 

If not (or "I don't know") then is there a way to do whatever you're doing so
that it does execute in your dialog context?
