How to delegate in business object?

Hi Bala
 
In the Initial Screen of SWO1, go to Settings>Delegate (or Delegate
System-Wide, depending on your SAP version). In the Object type field,
put your main business object, and your sub-type in the Delegation type
field.
 
Perhaps somebody can tell me what the point is of the Person responsible
field. I just stick my user name in there each time, but I have no idea
whether this affects anything.
