Try getting the ISR cookbook off service.sap.com - that gives the
background to the configuration required for the notification form
scenarios.  
 
It's also in the config in QISRSCENARIO (explained in the cookbook) that
is used to determine the relevant web addresss.

Subject: Notification processing workflows
Hello! Group
 
Good Day
 
I want to execute standard workflow WS50000041 which is again calling a
subworkflow WS50000033. I noticed these are related to web (portal) . I
am not familiar with portal stuff. Can any please help me to set up all
the setting to run these workflows? I have already removed Rule 50000134
from workflow WS50000033 and used workflow initiator instead. What
setting I need to do. And what are the various transactions for these
setting?
