Bus 2075 internal order with user status

Hi folks,

Does anyone have an idea how to config this object in wf with user
status:
The scenario is this :
I have intenal order with user status with number to release .
10-userx
20-usery............
I want that when I create internal order it wil be sent to the first
user x to release
 and when he release it wil be sent t the next user to release and so on
to the last.
I know that I have to create subtype to bus2075 with the event create.
What are the next steps .
Please advice me .step by step.
