ESS Leave Request Workflow (WS04200009) - You are not one of the possible agents of the task

Hi GS

Have you set the workflow template itself to a general task (done from
the basic data or via the task group if you're using one)?

This should fix the problem.

Hello Everyone,

We are implementing ESS Leave Request. When I fill the
leave request form from ESS and press send button,
portal is giving the following message "You are not
one of the possible agents of the task". I wonder why
are we getting this error. 

Just let you know I have made the task "TS12400026"
general task and on the workflow step assigned agent
as expression = &USAPPROVER&.

Any help/suggestions appreciated. This is urgent
request.
