Ah, slippery little sucker.... :)
Go to the standard toolbar (save/back/cancel/etc. line).
Last icon should be an Options icon.
Go to the Expert tab.
Turn on "key values in lists"

It's about the first thing I do when I log into a new system.

Subject: Displaying WS-numbers in search help

Hi all,

Where does one switch on the display of 'WS12345678' when searching for
tasks? I'm talking about the dropdown when searching for a task or
workflow - e.g. the front screen of PFTC or choosing a WF in SWDD.

On some systems it shows the list with the TS or WS numbers in the first
column, and others it doesn't. I've even had it where two systems at the
same client (same version) would show it differently, so it's
definitively
a setting somewhere!

I think I may even have asked this here before.... but it's driving me
nuts.

Any light shed on the matter would be appreciated.
Cheers
