Strange problem

Hi Mark,

I am not using any rule or method to determine the agents. The users
are retrieved from the release strategy configured in the system. I
have just copied the standard task (TS20000166 : Release of Purchase
Order) and made some changes to the description of the task. That is
the only change I have done so far. It worked properly in Dev system
and QA also it worked couple of times. But now it does not seem to
sending the workitems to the correct agent, but workitems are being
sent to all the users, since it is a general task.

I dont know what is happening.

I have done similarly for PR, copying the standard task for PR and
changed the description in Dev and transported to QA. It is working
fine without any problem, but the PR task in QA doesnt seem to be
working at all. I have also refreshed buffers 'SWU_OBUF', but it
doesnt seem to be having any effect.

Can you pls give me some pointers.

Thanks in advance,
Ananth
