The Bus2009.Created event.

I use event  "Bus2009.released"  to trigger a workflow whenever a purchase
requisition is released(with transaction Me54n)
This workflow works fine.
 
I need an event to trigger a workflow whenever a purchase requisition is
created(with transaction Me51n) 
Some event like "BUS2009.Created"  would be nice, but it does not exist.
 
Do you now about such an event or how to work around this requierement?
