SWWERRE Job

Hi workflowers,
 I have one question.
 I had to do workflow configuration in swu3 in production system and I have
noticed that a back ground job for workitem error has been scheduled under
my name. The name of the program/job is SWWERRE. Now the basis and my
manager are worried that when i leave the company they have to remove my
profile which in turn stop this job to run. can anyone tell me a solution to
this dilemma
