Trygve,

Go to trx OOCR and clear the field Value Abbr. for line TRSP CORR.
Then you can create a transport request for making a task general.
Succes,

Johan

Onderwerp: I can't transport Agent assignments.

Hi !

I've got a problem with the agent assignment. In development I'm either
setting the task as General task or I'm assigning it to an Org structure.

Earlier that hasn't been any problem, but for some reason when I'm
transporting it now, there isn't any agent assignment in any of the systems
I'm transfering it to. Also, when I try to adjust the agent assignment I
don't get a transport request. This worked fine the last time i put up a WF,
half a year ago.

I found one SAP-note (72715) on it, but it was from 2001, and for versions
3.0A-3.1G, promising that it would be OK from 3.1H. (Which it was). We're on
version 4.7.

I've searched SAPFans, SAPGenie and SDN without finding anyting. Someone's
suggested that the agents could be assigned directly in the production
system, but I don't find that an acceptable solution. In addition to the
development system we're having 3 other systems and in WF's with more than
40 tasks you're just begging for errors that way. I don't fancy the thought
of maybe having different settings for the same WF in the different systems.

What I know is that since the last time I put up a WF we've started
implementing CRM and also starting to use the HR functionality. I've
checked, and noone in these projects have knowingly made any changes.

Any suggestions/comments would be highly appreciated.

Regards
Trygve
