Event Creator for BUS2012.REJECTION_START

I looked up the function module and it is pulling the creator's user id also on rejection_start event.

Not sure of Bus2012.rejected_start event. But for releasestepcreated event SAP uses PO creator's id as event creator. For other events like Significantlychanged, Reset and all, SAP uses current user name.

Check this FM - ME_REL_EVENT_EKKO, you will get an idea.
