WF for Records Management

Hi Alon,
I cheked for events (swel) and active event linkages (sweinst) at first step. Event log is clear. It seems, event must be raised in application ( Records Management ). May be, missed event is a mistake (customizing or processing). I just finished checking RM documentation. All I found in this context:
************************************************************************
Choose Complete Circular Step.
The work item is completed. You are back in the Business Workplace. The user who is entered as the next agent for a process route item receives a work item.

If you are the last agent in the process route, the additional pushbutton End Circular is available. Choose this button to state that the circular is complete (this replaces the button Complete Step).

The employee who started the circular can also end it using the End Circular button. This can be at any time, even if not all of the process route items have been completed.

If a process route has been ended, this is displayed in the header data of the process route, along with the name of the user who ended it.
*************************************************************************
"additional pushbutton End Circular" not available for me now. I tried to debug and check ok-codes at runtime and found that button replacement was not take place (as described in documentation).
At fact, it is not a WF-specific problem.

PS If someone from WUG'ers have expirience in SAP Records management and answer - i will be very pleasured. Also, can any one give me key to forum about SAP Records management, i searched for it, but found nothing.

 Best regards,
 Konstantin Panov,
