Workflow Customizing and Verification Workflow

Hi Team,

Workflow Customizing (SWU3) is GREEN, but when I press Verification Workflow
button, there is no workflow item sent to my Workplace.

Linkage,Agent Assignment and Binding are alright.
Event trace is logged properly with GREEN Receiver entry.
But there is no Workflow Trace found.

Workitem get delivered when I run Workflow via SWUS.
But It is not being delivered when it triggered through Event.

Can someone had come across such issue before?

I appreciate any input.

We are on 4.6C / SAP GUI 620.
