WF Project Estimation Tool

I lost the thread concerning the Workflow Estimating Tool that someone
(can remember who) provided. 
This was an Excel spreadsheet with some calculations for number of
tasks, BORs, etc. 
 
It saved me the time of reinventing a basic in-house project estimate
template. 
Not meant to be a big project plan replacement but gave me enough
information 
to give management for a custom WF Project. 
 
Just wanted to say thanks!
