Outlook/Lotus Notes and SAP Workplace

There are 3rd party applications that implement the automatic email removal
when a work item is completed or reserved by another agent.

Emails are not automatically deleted from inboxes.  It's just a mail - i.e.
text sent one-way out of the system. 
So they need to be manually removed. 

Work items are automatically removed from inboxes on completion, forwarding,
or when reserved by another agent. 

When using RSWUWFML2 or the like its usually to make sure any
hyperlink/shortcut gives an appropriate message to indicate the work item is
no longer available - i.e. they all give a standard message, but you might
like to improve the text.

I want to know whether when work item executed from any third party e-mail
such as Outlook/Lotus Notes, the notification in those third party e-mail
move from inbox folder? How about in SAP Business Workplace?
Does the notification move to folder outbox as well?
Even it doesn't executed from SAP Business Workplace?
