Workflow for HR position

Hi all,

 

I have to create a workflow which will send an e-mail and an SAP mail for certain user's group if a HR position is changed. 

The events are the following: 

-          changing between  positions and users

-          changing between  positions and org. structures

-          changing between  positions and jobs

 

Is there a standard workflow for positions, or I have to create my own workflow with my own business object etc...?
