ESS Time Approval Task

Yes. He said he is going into ESS and executing it via ESS. 
 
After thinking about it for a while, I believe he is setup like a Time
Admin. 
Will have to prove this first.
 
Correct me if I am wrong but if someone is a Time Admin, 
their time is entered and no approval necessary. i.e. Would 
never execute the task which would explain why I have no WF log 
of this event ever occurring.
