Hi Marc,
 
If you are confident that it's not an authorisation issue then my next guess would be that it's a gui/system issue.  Do the users have the same problem if they log on to another machine (from which another user can see the user decision correctly?)
 
If it really is user dependent, then it's extremely unlikely to be an issue relating to the standard task.

Hi all

 

I am trying to solve a rather strange error. A workflow presents a user decision to the user, but displays a blank screen. No buttons are presented, so the user is unable to complete the workitem. What is really strange is that everything is working fine on the QA system and the error is not across the board, it seems to be specific to a few users. I initially thought that it was an authorisation issue potentially, but because it’s failing on the user decision, it can’t be that as no authorisation is required for that step. The normal role resolution is working and determining the correct agent.  

 

Has anyone had anything like this happen to them? To me it seems like the standard decision task has somehow become corrupted. I am working on a 46C system.

 

Any help would be appreciated.
