How to trigger a workflow on a particular date?

Hi Buddies...

Is it possible to trigger/start a workflow template a particular date-time?
If Yes, then How?
And one more question...
If I want to start a workflow on periodically i.e. On every Monday, On 10th of every month, On 1st Jan of every year, How can I do that?
