Execute button in express mail

Dear All,

For a task in a CCS Workflow, I have defined the priority as 1 (High priority) using 'others' tab in workflow design.
But the users are getting express mail notification without "Execute" Button\Option. Express dialog box has only 
inbox and continue option. I have seen\used this functionality to execute the work item from express pop up 
itself in other systems.

Is something missing or we need to do any config? Please le me know.
