(background) method XXXX cannot be executed

Hello
I have a bizarre behaviour.
I created a copy of Bus Object BUS2012 -> ZBUS2012
I there in created a method that calculates the total amount of the purchase order
The method works fine in test but as soon as a WF is launched It gets in error with the message method CALC_TOT_PRICE cannot be executed. The method is realeased as well as the Business Object, the buffers are up to date and the WF is activated
The binding to the task container seems to work because he retrieves the right PO. The background work-item is created but the function SWW_BI_EXECUTE_S seems to fall into error.
We are in 4.6C
Any help would be appreciated.
