Hi Krishna, 
Substitute is the only one you need.  Not entirely sure about dynamic
column (approve/reject button) in the list of work items, but that's
hardly essential. 

Two quick approach options that I know of :
1. Run the SRM inbox as a separate iview to the UWL inbox - not ideal. 
2. Adjust template 1200 in internet service BBPAPPROVAL so all it shows
is the substitute button.  Have this as a separate iview for setting up
substitution (preferably on the same portal page). 

Long approach of course is to create your own iview for substitution.
But I wouldn't advise it - substitution will be added to the UWL "soon"
(just not sure of a G.A. date).

How good is including SRM workflows in UWL, I know it works fine, but
there are certain known functionalities which are specific to SRM
like"substitute" does not come with UWL,
Is there a way to over come?
and is the "substitute" functionality is the only one missing or any
other hidden functions also?
