Shortdump when changing a workflowmodel

Hello group,
 
We have a problem when we want to change a workflowmodel. Since a few day's, the workflow model shortdumps when we want to change a workflowmodel. This is in every case.. so if we want to cut-paste a task, if we want to add an undefined step.... always.. And I don't know what the cause could be...
 
We have tried to copy the workflowmodel but also the copy shortdumps..
 
Does anyone had this error before? Does anyone know what to do? I'm really confused why this happens. It only happens to 1 workflow model and we have at least 12 models active...
 
We are on 4.72 with all the newest AOP / Notes..

"The current application program detected a situation which really
should not occur. Therefore, a termination with a short dump was
