Add a terminating event to the task. The terminating event should be when the
PR is released. Upon the release, the released event will occur in SAP system
and dialog workitem will be removed from user inbox.

Subject: Logically Deleting The work item.

Hi All,

I have a custom work flow, which simulates the standard PR release process, but
with Lotus Notes form based approval.

Here User can approvea PR from SAP standard release process pr from Lotus Notes
mail box.

Requirement is, if the user releases the PR in SAP standard release, then we
should not let the user release the same thing from Lotus Notes mail.

I am thinking of a solution where we logically delete the work item(using a FM
in the user exit of SAP's PR release program) , so that user can not execute the
work item from Lotus Notes Mail Box..!
And then re start the work flow for the Next level of approval. Is this Okay or
any effective solution is there.!?

A flaw i found in the above solution is..... user who got a mail in his lotus
notes mail box will be worried to see the work item to fail , because by then we
would have deleted the work item in SAP !

Please advice.!

Thanks and regards
Kesari
