Sorry. That as a given to kick the "beach ball" (refresh index)

Hi Helene,

Thanks for your response...I got the solution from another person in the
Group. I had to go to PFTC for the task and go to Agent
Assignments-->Maintain and then click the Refresh index button. I then had
to run SWU_OBUF.

Hi Sue,

I had the same problem before because we do our development in client 020
and there the task assignment shows "general task" but we do our testing in
client 030 and there the agent assignment had to be redone again. Check
that?

Hi Helene,

Thanks for your response.

Agent assignment is General Task and I have a container assigned to the
Agents of the task that contains the user(s) that should receive the work
item. Have done SWU_OBUF each time workflow is regenerated.

Hi Sue,

There might be no Agent Assignment on the task in the environment where you
do the testing. Also, once assigned, in the same session refresh the buffer
few times SWU_OBUF.

Hope this helps!

This probably a silly question, but here goes. I'm in 4.6. I've added a
new step (foreground) with a new method to my workflow. I copied another
task that was foreground and just changed the method name and binding. When
I execute the workflow I get the message "No administrator for task" for
this new step. There are no differences between the steps except the method
name and binding, yet the step with the old method works fine! When I run
the new method via the object (SWO1), the method works fine.

What am I missing????
