Unreliable workflow builder?

G'Day,
Thanks all, sounds like I'm not the only one having odd troubles.
Short update: I've done some further investigation in order to log this
properly with OSS (done), and I've managed to reproduce most of the
oddities using the alphanumeric editor, so it's not all in the GUI.
Also, I've experienced almost the same issues on different sites, with
completely different GUI versions.
