Sarath, 
If you are in recent release of SAP you can run the SWI1_RULE
transaction and re-evaluate the rules on active work items. 

If you are in an older release, you'll have to run the rule in test
mode, work out who should have got the work item, then use
SAP_WAPI_WORKITEM_FORWARD to redirect it.

thanks MIKE, so how can i solve this problem in
production.some workflows are in error state No Agent
found
2. I am facing one problem , i need to send an outlook
mail to group of people,this group is outcome of
RULE(agents determination rule) which will take plant
as in put..and all the managers defined in that plant.
I am able to send SAP mails with Activity. how to send
emails to out look.

do any of you had this problem before..
