Sending an Excel file via e-mail

Hi all,

 

We are in 4.6c. I have to run a job, which will create a list periodically.   The content of the list must be sent to a user via e-mail as attachment. 

My question is: how can I send list contents as attachment? There is a function module to do it, or I have to create little workflow?

Currently we are using the RSWUWFML2, so, I think, I can use that in the future for this problem.

Any help is welcome
