Inbox Performance question (SBWP)

Perhaps the work items that are being routed to one of your users are
resulting in inefficient SQL (or simply larger Selects) then the other
users.

For example if User A only deals with certain types of customers then the
calculation of the dynamic columns may take longer (and hence the longer
load times)

Its just a theory....

Yes, as stated (and they do put the inbox under stress).. however both have
the same dynamic columns.

Subject: Inbox Performance question (SBWP)

Hello All

We have two users whom have totally different access times to their inboxes.
The weird part is that they have about the same number of tasks and the same
filter in place. The first user needs 4 seconds to enter his inbox, the
other needs 18 seconds. (mind you we are working with dynamic columns)

What other parameters could have an influence on this? We are really
puzzled on this difference....
